Biography : Herdy Harman is a Human Capital Management enthusiast. Previously served as Director of Human Capital Management at Telkomsel, Telkom, BRI, currently serves as Director of Human Capital and Digital Injourney which is a holding company for aviation and tourism in Indonesia. In his current position, he is building the human capital foundation within the Injourney group to support business transformation in airports, destination management, and retail.
